Privacy policy

Agenus respects your privacy and the privacy of all visitors to our website. Accordingly, we have adopted the following Privacy Policy.

Agenus does not collect personally identifiable information through its website except for information that you voluntarily decide to provide. Such information will be used only for its intended purpose, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of submission.

Agenus maintains web server logs that record data about visitors to our website. As you use this site, we may track certain non-personal information, including but not limited to total number of visits, length of visit, requests by page, user statistics (browser and operating systems) and referring sites. We do not use this information to discern or identify individuals. Instead, we use web server logs to analyze traffic, to help improve our website, and to reach new and potential applicants for our clinical trials.

We may occasionally use cookies to track a user’s visit on our website, but we do not engage in any online web site advertising such as banner advertising from various advertisement placement companies. In the event we do use cookies, they are used solely to enhance the user experience of our website—not to save or access personal information.

At any time you can delete, change or update any or all personally identifiable information that you have submitted through the Agenus website. If the information was provided in connection with a clinical trial, this can be done by sending an e-mail to us at clinicalaffairs@agenusbio.com. Otherwise, please contact webmaster@agenusbio.com. Anonymous information, however, cannot be deleted from our database because it is collected and stored in an aggregate form that contains no personally identifiable information.

The Agenus website contains links to several other websites. Please be aware that Agenus is not responsible for the privacy practices of sites other than its own. The privacy policy listed above applies only to the Agenus website.
