Agenus does not collect personally identifiable information through its website except for information that you voluntarily decide to provide. Such information will be used only for its intended purpose, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of submission.
Agenus maintains web server logs that record data about visitors to our website. As you use this site, we may track certain non-personal information, including but not limited to total number of visits, length of visit, requests by page, user statistics (browser and operating systems) and referring sites. In the event we do use cookies, they are used solely to enhance the user experience of our website—not to save or access personal information.
At any time you can delete, change or update any or all personally identifiable information that you have submitted through the Agenus website. If the information was provided in connection with a clinical trial, this can be done by sending an e-mail to us at clinicalaffairs@agenusbio.com. Otherwise, please contact webmaster@agenusbio.com. Anonymous information, however, cannot be deleted from our database because it is collected and stored in an aggregate form that contains no personally identifiable information.
